Moor. Just a mile from Warleggan village, Ambarley
self catering cottage is
set deep in a woodland area, at the end of a pretty lane,
where moorland ponies and cattle amble. Perfect for those
who require the rugged peace and splendour of Bodmin Moor,
where you can enjoy some delightful walks directly from here
or simply relax in the large gardens. There is also a pond
in the 10 acres of open- plan grounds.
Warleggan is a hamlet with an ancient
church on the southern side of Bodmin Moor. The nearest
shop/PO/good food pub is at St. Neot, which is a good size
village with fine church (medieval glass) 4 miles away.
There are beaches about half an hour away at Fowey, Looe or Padstow. Collingford Lake park (3 miles). Ideal base for
touring the whole of Cornwall and its attractions.
Ambarley self-catering Cottage is a very large cottage that can
comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. We also have special
offers for a couple who want the extra space of Ambarley.
Entrance: There are 6 steps down
from the parking area.
- Front door that opens into an
open-plan 42" long lounge//kitchen/dining area with
exposed beams and a wood burner. 1st basket of wood
complimentary.
- Fully fitted kitchen with washing
machine, microwave, table top dishwasher, electric
cooker, fridge/freezer and TV with freeview and DVD.
- There is one bedroom upstairs and 2
bedrooms downstairs from this area.
- Upstairs leads to a twin bedded room
with Velux window and an ensuite bathroom , with bath,
WC and basin.
- 3 steps down from lounge leads to a
double bedroom and the bathroom with shower over bath,
WC and basin.
- Further 3 steps down to a 27" long
room with twin beds and bed/couch.
- Linen provided. No towels.
- Central heating and electricity
included.
