countryside 4 miles from either Looe or Seaton beach.
This stylish and unique holiday cottage is furnished to an extremely high standard with private garden.

2 large double bedded rooms. 1 with t.v. Bathroom with
bath, shower cubicle, toilet & basin.
- First floor:
Spacious oak beamed lounge with twolarge sofas and wood
burner ( 1st basket of logs provided). Equipped with
digital t.v, video and dvd player.
French doors open out onto a wooden deck, with steps
down into a lawned, enclosed garden.
Fully equipped Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Twin bedded room.
2nd Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
- Electricity and heating included.
- Linen and towels provided.
- Travel cot, high chair and stairgate
provided.
- Outside access to shared
laundry/drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 tumble
dryer.
- Garden furniture. Barbecue available
on request.

- Exceptionally clean and maintained to
a very high standard.
- Guests are welcome to help feed the
animals and walk the 20 acres of fields and woodlands
(stock permitting) where deer, badgers and foxes are
